You need a different theology of God(s). Whatever that will be will depend on you.

As it is you are blaming all the world's problems on a scapegoat, namely, God. You don't know that he is omnipotent or has a choice in how the world is. You don't even know he exists. And yet without evidence or knowledge you are twisting yourself in knots and raving at a God you don't even know is real.

You could save yourself a lot of misery by finding a new God, changing your understanding of God, adopting an agnostic stance -- just about anything other than what you're doing now: looking for someone to blame and hate. How is that at all noble?

The Bible says there is no other way but Jesus and that those not written in the book of life will be in the lake of fire. Remember the rich man was being tormented by flames and speaking to Abraham. The flames were not killing him. The Bible says all kinds of conflicting statements that lead people to opposite conclusions. I'm sure you can argue your conclusion just like everyone who disagrees with you can quote scriptures for what they believe.

Follow your conscience, not the psychopathic Bible.

I think it is sad that you don’t understand what the Bible tells and then insult it by calling it psychopathic.

That there is no other way doesn’t mean that person goes to hell because he didn’t believe. Bible itself tells clearly that eternal life is for righteous and others will not have eternal life.

These will go away into eternal punishment, but the righteous into eternal life.

Mat. 25:46

For the wages of sin is death, but the free gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord.
Romans 6:23

Righteousness is more than believing something. It is told for example that righteous person speaks truth in his heart. I hope you do that. But in my opinion your claims about Biblical doctrine are false and I hope people are not misled by them.

if God asked me to give away all my possessions and all my money, I would do it for God.

God is too lazy and apathetic to just simply ask me to do it.

I call your bluff. I represent God, as His chosen ambassador. In His name, I command you, not to give all your possessions, but your computer and internet access to the poor. See you later.

Trust me, if God audibly asked me to do that I would.

but there's a lot of people claiming to be God's Ambassador, and those people don't agree on what denomination is true.

When we want to defuse an angry person, we are silent in the face of their anger. Here you are, posting very strong things against God, and you are shocked that He is silent before your anger?

I'm not nearly as angry at God today as I was when I made this thread.

I cannot promise that I won't make the same mistake in the future, but today I'm very sorry about it.

Most of the time, I love God.
When I see how evil and sick and blind the world is, I start getting angry.

Am I the only one here who worships a God that I hate? I pray on my face more than five times a day trying to surrender to God like a Muslim. I practice Salaat and I tithe more than 10% to beggars who show up at my door looking like lost puppies. I feel sorry for them. I do it because God says to. I do it to please our angry God who burns with wrath over "abominations" and burns people in hell for not adhering to his violent text and not believing in him.

God leaves 2 billion Christians believing in their violent text and 1.6 billion Muslims believing in their violent text. God could just speak up and no need for a violent text that contradicts itself. God is responsible for all the confusion. God is the reason pedophiles molest children because God refuses to give pedophiles healthy minds. God refuses to protect children. God could make pedophiles die innocent as babies.

God is the author of evil because he created the Devil, gives the devil access to manipulate our minds and stir up confusion, and refuses to give people understanding, causing division and bloodbaths over Doctrinal differences. If an antichrist reigns, it is because God wants him to.

Why worship such a jerk? Well, I feel maybe, just maybe if I worship God enough he will stop whining like an impetuous child and burning people in hell for something stupid like not believing in him. I feel maybe I can influence God's cold, barbaric, cruel, and merciless heart of stone, to actually show some compassion toward people and show some decorum and basic consideration for an agonizing human race.

Unlike God, I don't want my worst enemy to go to hell.

I feel sorry for and even love radical Islamic terrorists because they know nothing but fear, bigotry, and hate, and that is a terrible agony to be stuck in.

I've been there at times. I wouldn't wish it on my worst enemy.

God on the other hand puts people in hell for not believing correct Dogma. At least the Bible and Qur'an indicate that.

So, I worship our sick depraved God to try to inspire him to be as nice to people as myself and so many others are. I try to teach him lessons and give him instructions on how to practice basic forms of charity rather than leave people tortured in this life and the next.

Why do you worship God? What is your agenda?
Hating god will be like hating electricity for electrifying people.
It sounds like the god you worship is not really the god i am getting to know.
The weird part here is we are talking about the same god :)
God shouldn't be nice to people, people should be nice to people!
God doesn't need your lessons, you need lessons to understand how god acts or not in your reality. from what you have written it is clear you do not understand even a bit.
There is one rule that cannot be changed.. ever.. God is good. this cannot be changed nor will it.
I think you frustration comes from applying human treats on something that you don't really understand, thus making you believe some crazy beliefs.
God doesn't hate.
God doesn't punish.
God doesn't torture.
God doesn't force.
It just is.
It is up to you to find out what that "is" means to you.
If you cause harm to ANYONE, you missed it.

What do you refer to when you say love?
How do you love god?
Love means do for others what is best for them.

God's decision to let pedophiles molest and rape and murder children is not the best thing to be done.

God turns Lot's wife into a pillar of salt. He can turn any pedophile into a pillar of salt, or take away their desire and need to molest or kill children.

if God loved the world, he would have turned Adolf Hitler into a pillar of salt or made him die as a miscarriage, which would have let Hitler die innocently and saved countless Millions.

So you do for god what is best for god? how do you know what is best for god? (or any other being for that matter)
God's decision to let pedophiles molest and rape and murder children is not the best thing to be done.
God didn't let anyone do anything.. they just do it.
This is one of the core "rules" of god. we refer to it as "freedom of choice".
God turns Lot's wife into a pillar of salt.
No he did not. she turned to a pillar because she saw what she shouldn't have. it was a consequence of her curiosity and disbelief of what is happening.
The message to not look behind was quite clear.
If i tell you not to put your finger in the oven while its on, and you do it... am i the one who burned your hand?
He can turn any pedophile into a pillar of salt, or take away their desire and need to molest or kill children.
god didn't give them this desire, they gave it to themselves.
god gave them the ability to give it to themselves.. that's a different thing.
if God loved the world
If it didn't, it would not be God.
he would have turned Adolf Hitler into a pillar of salt or made him die as a miscarriage, which would have let Hitler die innocently and saved countless Millions.
Kind of contradicts the entire concept of choice.

Throughout the Bible God interferes with people's choices all the time.

God destroyed Sodom and Gomorrah with fire and brimstone.

he could kill people like Adolf Hitler and pedophiles while they're still children and then they could die innocently and that would protect others as well.

People make a lot of bad choices because God leaves them blind and deaf.

if I had the ability to hear God and he told me not to start threads like this, I would not do it.

many people would make different choices if they could hear God telling them what to do.

Fairly idiotic (or nonsensical, if you prefer).

You're going to change/improve an all-knowing, unchanging, eternally supreme ruler?

Why hold onto something you really don't believe, or understand?

In the Bible, God was going to destroy Israel, and Moses got him to change his mind.

Yes, we can get God to change his mind.

Moses was mistaken, in this instance, among others.

Moses is saying that you can introduce knowledge to God, i.e. subvert God's (supposedly supreme) knowledge to that of your own. You are perceptive in this regard, because this is exactly what you believe. You believe that you know better than God- that you are greater than God.

This idea is counterintuitive to what 'God' means. To subvert God, is to no longer acknowledge Him as God. Jesus corrects some of this, in his teachings.

How do you know God doesn't agree with me???

That's right! You don't know. Just like everyone says they know something is true because the Bible says something, yet Christians come to opposite conclusions of what the Bible says and everyone believes they are right. Yes, that's what I thought, you don't know.

And by the way, are you Catholic?? The Christian Bible is a Catholic book. I hate to disturb you with the facts!

Why does God need to agree with you? Your entire argument centers around the premise that God can be wrong, or persuaded to do what you believe is right.

How do I know you're wrong? As human beings, we have never changed natural law. We don't decide how gravity works, etc. We discover the natural laws, of which we were created out of, and sustained by. We don't decide what they are, or will be. That's your sign.

Matthew 5:33-37 said:
Again, you heard that it was said to the ancients: You shall not swear falsely, but you shall pay to the Lord your oaths; but I -- I say to you, not to swear at all; neither by the heaven, because it is the throne of God, nor by the earth, because it is His footstool, nor by Jerusalem, because it is a city of a great king, nor by your head may you swear, because you are not able one hair to make white or black; but let your word be, Yes, if Yes, and No, if No, and that which is more than these is of the evil.

The Bible is a compilation of Jewish and Christian texts. Catholicism is a denomination of Christianity.

Catholicism was not a denomination for over a thousand years.

For Century after Century after Century, every Christian Church on the face of the Earth was Catholic.

The Catholic church was the authority that decided that your Bible is the word of God.

No Christian would know what the correct Canon of the New Testament was, without the help of the Catholic Church.

The Bible is a Catholic book.

The first Christians were not Bible Christians. Most were illiterate, and they did not have a Bible or printing press.

They did rely on Church Authority, not the Bible. Church Authority decided what would be in the Bible. nothing in the Bible tells anybody which writings belong in the Bible.

Catholicism was one of the first denominations. Jesus and his initial followers (including those who were not Jews) were not Catholics.

Knowing what is correct, or true, isn't dependent on Catholicism, or any other single group, or person. Think about what you're saying before you say it.
