Were you an employer, you might think it is theft.
But it's literally not. An employee being lazy is not a crime. An employer unjustly or secretly withholding payment to its employees is. And it's clearly a pretty big problem, considering it's the most common and prolific form of theft in the US.

You sound like a cop.
I've much to hide.
It's called privacy.

I don't feel defensive about privacy.
Actually, I'm rather aggressive about it.
As for facts, I just don't buy all you've claimed.
But I don't see any real controversy if we both
oppose theft by anyone.
