Well, till I saw this post, I was going to ask how you thought you came by this disgust, since I don't think there are "obvious reasons" for it, but now it looks like a a cultural-religious thing.u kidding me
Iam the most straight guy that perhaps ever walked on earth.
It just that i hate people sinning and going against nature.
My thoughts:
Your reasons aren't so obvious. If this disgust at homosexuality were a general psychological trait, I think we'd see it manifested more, cross-culturally.
If God dislikes homosexuals, why does He keep creating them?
Homosexuality is not unnatural. It's a natural variation, like left handedness -- and it's likely selective -- a useful trait. It's also not uncommon in other mammals and birds.
It's not a choice. While the breadth of one's sexual attraction Venn-set is culturally influenced, one's set-point is innate -- it's anatomical and physiological. Homosexuals can often be identified (>80% in the latest study) by MRIs or CT scans.

More that breaking the laws of physics is just one easy-to-convey example. As a polytheist with a very non-standard definition of the word "God", I know better than to contest whether you can or can't "subjectively" do so, as I don't know what you mean by that.
It's also the simple fact that, well, everything is Stardust. Therefore, everything is nature. "Separate from nature" has no meaning for me, either, and neither do I regard "artificial" as "not-natural". Otherwise, the human species has been going against nature since before we were even human, and we're joined by all other tool-using animals.

Here in Christendom, where people can say whatever they believe, they do say that they hate Islam when they do.
As a culture, we are not so much about hate. Greed is a much bigger moral issue. Hating people, as opposed to hating behavior, is not tolerated well. It happens though.
Does this help explain why Islam is treated badly in the USA? Because people here have an attitude like yours? They have a primitive morality and feel free to hate people who have never done them any harm?

Gurdjieff and Ouspensky established very convincingly the idea that human consciousness cannot evolve unconsciously, as in the way of nature. Human consciousness can only evolve consciously, according to the processes and "laws" if you will, of its own subjective nature. To go the way of nature, which is unconscious on a biological level, I will cease to grow as an individual. I am 56 now. The way of nature gives me a gut, takes away my hair, clogs my arteries, plagues me with impotency, and encourages my laziness. Basically I am past my reproductive prime so nature ‑ no longer having much use for me ‑ is quickly X‑ing me out.
However, I have a self‑aware consciousness that gives me the ability to live for myself. I don't have to give two ****s for what nature may or may not decide for me, I can choose (something nature cannot do) to go AGAINST THE GRAIN!
I can visualize a goal that drastically alters and delays any physical results the way of nature would quickly produce in me, learn the ways to implement this plan, and exert steady energy in actions designed to manifest it. I can choose my diet carefully, make myself exercise regularly and make myself continue to learn new things, thereby making my self in fact stronger than at any other time in my life, something "nature" would not have done for me.
By utilizing the Black Flame of my self‑aware consciousness, I can alter, determine, and direct my course in a way no other 'natural' animal on earth can. I am not completely at the mercy of the unconscious / non‑conscious forces of nature. The Black Flame allows me to STAND OUTSIDE and APART from unconscious, even semiconscious states of flux, which gives me the ability to go counter‑flow, and create and reinvent myself in ways no non‑human animal can ever.
