I support Trump

Whom will you vote?

That one dude...

Why should I have a faith?
Did you really mean "satyrical"?
Satyr....
"....lustful, drunken woodland gods. In Greek art they were represented as a man with a horse's ears and tail, but in Roman representations as a man with a goat's ears, tail, legs, and horns...."

Trump as a satyr...now that's funny!

On topic, though, I'm not so sure. Obviously (to me anyway), neither Trump nor Hillary are the best we can do. I was against Hillary in this primary as well as the 2008 primary, and Trump is Trump. Hillary is less far from ideal and stands a good chance of winning, but still not my choice. I could vote either Johnson or Stein to keep my conscience clear, but it probably wouldn't mean much more than not voting.

We each do what calls to us.
The election is a long way off.
There could still be revelations which send me to Johnson in November.

Here is the likeliest path to a Johnson vote from me in November.
If the campaign between the Demopublican candidates goes as expected Godzillary will be far ahead. But of course, they won't say that.

But I remember election day 2012. Romney was scurrying from campaign op to campaign op. Obama was playing golf or something.
If on election day this year Godzillary is having date night with Slick Willy and Trump is spinning around firing people and filing lawsuits, I will vote for Johnson and then straight Dem down ticket.
I think that the libertarians are the most likely to hit the 15% mark and create another viable party.

That's so precious that you think we Libertarians might matter that much!

Something tells me there's much reverse psychology in this thread.

How's that?

Clinton will be exactly the same as the previous ones, why not give a chance for a change,
It'll never be worse than what's the world is now or you can't see it.

So no, it isn't a reverse psychology and I'm very sincere about my support to Trump in this thread
and if i were an American I'll give him my voice.

You're Muslim and you support anti Muslim rhetoric?

I find that hard to believe.

You don't really appreciate the Islamic views on hypocrites, do you, suncowiam? It's a very big no-no.

If I am reading him right, Feargod, prefers the person who says what they think (however distasteful) over the person who smiles in your face and then plunges a dagger into your heart.

(The hypocrite: They say one thing, then turn around and do something else, often the opposite to what they said.)

@FearGod is that more or less correct?

OK. Let's be frank about hating both candidates. I can understand your point given the DEM's stance on extremist muslims but this thread is a sales pitch.

I personally dislike both candidates but Trump is the worse of the two.

Hahaha. Polarization, eh. I personally detest both candidates but detest the Hildebeast more than Trump.

Exactly, i can't tell it better.
Trump is a frank person and i respect such kind of persons regardless of their beliefs or what they hate.

The Democratic National Convention ended. It was so much better than Trump Convention that even many Republican pundits are referring to it as a bit of a disaster for the GOP.
Tom
I'm going out on a limb here with a guess.......
All people really inspired by the DNC convention, & who see it as significant are already Hilda supporters.
But such tribal cheer leading isn't likely to affect anyone else.
I don't know who will win the election, but conventions certainly don't have predictive value.

Btw, I'm trying out BBC news while I post, but dang it....they keep showing clips from the conventions with politicians saying things.
This is too much for me to bear. I'd never even watch the Lib Party convention.

Good speech i admit and a warm hug, but that doesn't make Trump worse and Hillary a better choice.
Why a speech can change people's mind? reality is never the same.

Obama promised that he won't send the Americans to fight and to end the wars, he called for a change
and i don't have more ideas for other things that he promised in order to win.

Trump isn't as a good speaker as Obama and his cunning ability is much less but that doesn't mean
he'll be a bad president for lacking such abilities of smiling and making jokes, people don't know
yet what politicians are or the layman is so kind as to believe every word from them.
