I just checked to see if mods can put members on ignore. Apparently they can. I'm used to having the ignore option disabled for mods and administers, as they are responsible for maintaining forum guidelines.

Oh geez, there is so much phony posturing about the ignore feature, on every forum.

The ignore feature is no different than scrolling by the posts of a poster you have wearied of, except that it's more efficient.

Everybody should be celebrating the ignore feature, as it cuts down on unproductive squabbling all over the forum.
