I was just given my first conker of this year

Horse chestnut tree (I had to look it up)
We have two trees. We harvested four this year...the squirrels really like them...
What do you do with them?
Throw them at people in Ohio.
That would take quite a throw from me...
I'm not sure I could get one there.
Ares probably could.
Admire them. Give them away as good-luck charms.
Send me your buckeyes.
I'll be leaving on a trip soon, & passing thru Ohio.
Don't worry about retaliation.
Ohioans won't be throwing wolverines at me.
When I was young, we sometimes used them as slingshot projectiles. Acorns, too.
Sure thing. I'll gather them up from the park and pass them along.

Ares tells me all squirrels are named George.
