If a God exists, and claimed to be good, and moral, would his claim necessarily be true?

Not to be pedantic or deliberately vague or pretentious, but:

What is "good"?
What is "morality"?
What is "true"?

And from whose perspective do we judge it?

Is the lion evil ("not good, or not moral") from its own perspective for eating the gazelle? Is it from the gazelle's?
Is the snail evil from the plant's perspective? From the snail's?

If a colour-blind person sees two colours as one, is he lying when he says they are the same? Is he telling the truth? What about if he says it to another colour-blind person?
