Are you trolling me?
Actually no, I referred to proto-mammals as dinos and suddenly the sky is falling.
Sabretooth like animal is probably the answer to the OP, I don't know what Bunyip is on about/

Are you trolling me?
Theres a myriad of other possibilities, actually.
It's very simple - mammals and dinosaurs have a common ancestor, but mammals did not evolve from dinosaurs. Also, about the dinosaur issue, if you aren't considering something half dino-half mammal, great, that's what...terminology, is it really that important?

Do you understand why you were wrong and people freaked out?
enlighten me..
No, not really there isn't. Only YEC kids are taught such a distorted version of biology. Non creationist kids have a better grasp of the basics.

... So the answers is no? Because I already did. Do you know the difference between a prehistoric animal and a dinosaur?
Insulting garbage.
...........
Actually i'm still waiting for you to answer the OP, why are you talking to me?
You prove me right. If you were not YEC you would have said so.
Really? May be I just don't like off-topic questions asked in a personal, hostile manner??
But, it doesn't matter, you can think of me as YEC, that's cool.

I have been perfectly polite to you.
Your defensiveness makes me certain that my assumption was correct. If you truly believe in creationism, why would you be so ashamed to admit it?
Creationism IS the topic buddy.
Actually, I never said I didn't believe in creationism.
Oh, it's a quite good question. However, the question is really only relevant to you if you are a creationist. Are you a creationist? Do you believe that tigers and house cats share a common ancestor? If so, what existing scientifically-verifiable evidence can you give us to support that belief?I'm not sure if it's a good question though...we could find a 'common' ancestor of cats I suppose...I think you mean the variances but only one response to your OP so far,,

Seemed plenty clear to me, but whatever you say...Still not clear what your asking, tbh.
adios

Surely there are plenty of other creationists who can tackle the question. Guess I'll have to wait.
But how do you know that either tigers or house cats are descended from a saber-toothed cat?My 'real' guess is one of those sabertooth variants.. i'm probably wrong, whoopty doo, what's this supposed to prove?
I'm guessing. But how do you know that either tigers or house cats are descended from a saber-toothed cat?
