If God exists why does He allow suffering?

Blind faith! Who has it? I am an atheist Hindu, who does not believe in existence of any God or Goddess. Perhaps you are talking about yourself, putting your faith in a 19 Century uneducated Iranian preacher, self-proclaimed as a manifestation of Allah, without any further proof other than his vision of a 'heavenly maiden'. An Iranian who sided with the enemies of his nation (the Russians and the Turkomans).
Now that I've had time to think I can realize that we're not currently in a position to dispassionately examine the observable realities together, and that I erred in posting what's turned out to be merely a provocation.

Please forget I posted my last comment & do let me know when u'd like to analytically explore the subject together.

I have already thoroughly analyzed the subject with other members of Bahai faith in this forum.
As I see it Bahaollah sided with the enemies of his country. In my book there is nothing more sinful than that.

In Hinduism, Lord Rama is believed to have said "Janani janma-bhūmishcha, swargādapi gariyasi".
(The Mother and the Mother-land are greater than heaven - Valmiki Ramayana)
