If God has plan for everyone. . . .

God's plan is to bring peace and prosperity to all in earth believer or non believer alike.

The atheist in God's plan is no different from any other human being. God loves all and wants us all to be happy.

And what role do you think atheists will play in this plan to bring peace and prosperity?

Then what is his plan for the atheist?
Atheism will become rather difficult as God deals with mankind more directly.
Being raised from one's grave and interacting with God will have a similar effect.
The plan for all is to perfect them and give them an extremely powerful and invulnerable body -and allow them to create throughout the universe.

I believe our lives are planned by ourselves, theists and atheists alike. Everything that happens to us is a direct result of our choices (in this life or in previous ones). We are not the victims of chance, or at the mercy of God/gods. It's time we take responsibility for our actions, words and thoughts. Belief is only helpful if it encourages you to become a better person.

Then what is his plan for the atheist?

Perhaps your whole reason for existing was to ask that question. But not to recieve a sufficient answer. Maybe its up to you to discover it yourself.

Maybe you have no purpose at all. Ever think you might just be like an extra in a movie? Just a nameless faceless being in the background. Not everyone can be the main character of the story ya know.

Maybe its an indirect butterfly effect? Perhaps you are needed to donate blood to someone and saved their life. They then lived on to have children, 1 of which discovered the cure for cancer.

Honest truth is, nobody knows. Just be yourself, try to do something positive with your life. And find your happiness.

Religion hasn't done a very good job at bringing peace after all these years, maybe its time to let the atheist show them how its done.

Since when was it the role of religion to bring peace to the world? That idea certainly does not come from Judeo/Christian beliefs.
