Then who would have editted the scriptures in the council of constantinople, prior to making it the roman state religion. Obviously the romans would have been involved in that, considering that they were making christianity their state religion after centuries of brutal hostility.
Even at that time there were numerous opposition on doctrine from the Arians , Macedonianism and Apollinarianism.

To me, the Roman Church did Not edit, but more like added apocryphal books to the '66' books of Bible canon.
They did Not edit Scripture in as much as they added Church teachings as being more important than Scripture.
It was ' Christendom ' to me, which was really adopted as the Roman state religion.
' Christendom ' is just ' so-called as being Christian ', because it does Not adhere to the 1st-century teachings of Jesus.
- Please see 1 John 2:19
Please keep in mind the forewarning that gospel writer Luke wrote to us at Acts of the Apostles 20:29-30 that false shepherds (wolves) would fleece the flock of God. In other words, the fake ' weed/tares ' Christians would grow together over the centuries with the genuine ' wheat ' Christians until the ' harvest time '. That ' harvest time ' is in connection to the soon coming ' time of separation ' to take place on Earth of Matthew 25:31-33,37.

Please note that there would be a ' falling away ' (apostasy) according to 2 Thessalonians 2:3
False clergy would, and still do, seat themselves in the ' temple ' (houses of worship) as if they are God when in reality they are anti-God.
MANY would follow such false shepherds according to 2 Peter 2:1-2, just as Jesus said at Matthew 7:21-23 that MANY would come in his name but prove false. The corrupted flock would choose those false shepherds in order to have their ' ears tickled ', so to speak, to have the clergy say what they want to hear - 2 Timothy 4:3.
This would all be taking place after 1st-century ended - 1 Timothy 4:1-3
So, it should Not surprise anyone, that as in Jesus' day, today's clergy are often corrupted.
So, that does Not make the Bible as edited, but rather clergy teachings is what is edited in teaching what the Bible does Not really teach.

"Tabu,"

Namaste, Sorry for the late reply.

Very interesting , you are suggesting an equation which somewhat is Jesus minus Christianity .

Well yes, if one wants to bring Jesus into Hinduism, then obviously they have to drop the Christianity (Assuming you mean things like Church, bible, heaven, hell ect), otherwise we are just bringing Christianity into Hinduism which is dangerous for Hinduism.

So Jesus would suggest to me the personification of Ganesh ( knowledge) in Christianity , so Jesus can be as much adored as Ganesha , the essence is the same only the pictures differ.

Well is this how Christians see Jesus, or is this just your assumption? If Jesus can be adored as Ganesha, then why not get the Christians to worship Ganesha?

As for Dharma , I see each religion suggests a different way of living and what all you had subtracted from the equation above is the Christian Dharma .

Christian Dharmah has no meaning, Being Dharmic does not mean being a exclusive one way or the highway religion. If a person says that they value Satya (Truth, honesty) and Ahimsa (non harming, non violence) above and beyond any religions code or God, then i consider that person Dharmic, Dharmah is not the same as religion.

I am also very much interested in knowing what constitutes your Dharma which makes it "The Eternal Path" (Santana Dharma), as you have suggested that there can be many paths then what makes yours The Eternal one.

My Dharmah is SwaDharmah, but the concept of Dharm in all its manifestations and its universal features (Satya, Ahimsa ect) are never ending (Sa-Na-Anta), Sanatana Dharmah to means never ending infinite Dharma's.
