I haven't signed up for a plan yet due to the 'tax credit' issue. At my income I should have a tax credit helping cover the majority of the $224 per month or whatever. Once that's resolved, I'll sign up. I'd expect the tax credit to cover nearly 80% of the monthly expense. The credit you receive can be used how you want it. You can apply all of it to your monthly premium, or you can designate a smaller portion of it per month.Let us know when you find someone to ask the question to and how long it took. With the present issues with just signing up I think you might have a long wait and my not like the answer you get. Oh, just out of curiosity what is your "out-of-pocket" expenses...the deductible. You did say bronze plane didn't you. I understand it is 60/40 capped at $6350.
I have a private plan with Blue cross in CA right now which runs me a little over $100 per month.
