Even with pro help (my son, who used to be in the phone hacking, maintenance & selling business)
has trouble keeping this old fogie's iphone working. The security features & procedures are so failure
prone & complex that I regularly have a non-working phone. I'm sure that if I were fully trained in all
the intricacies of iphone technology, it would likely work well (except for the unreliable thumb print
feature). But they don't document the product....we're just supposed to automatically know what to do.
(I call this "refrigerator design", ie, you look at it, & all functions are obvious.) But the iphone isn't
designed well enuf to eschew user documentation.
ARGCHGRRGRGGGHHHHH!
I support Apple computers.... fix em all the time....but even I will not venture down the iPhone path..... this is why I still have a flip phone...
That and I would kill and iPhone in a week or less.... I am rough on cell phones and the above phone is the only one that has survived so far.
However I will admit a Blackberry was forced upon me..... I use it little and know less about it
