No evidences prove that there are no existence of god. If concrete evidence are ever given, then, and only then, will it prove that a god exist.
So for any theist to demand non-theists "to prove it", then is like asking anyone to prove the unicorn. Unicorn is fable and god(s) are myths, until proven otherwise. A non-theist can't provide evidence that are not there. It is not the non-theists that will need to prove it, but the theists, since they are the ones who rely on faith instead of evidences.

i am not a theist but i cannot disprove the existence of god , i can say i do not believe in the existence of god quite comfortably . but to categorically say there is no god means that you must have some information not in the public domain

You know very well how to back up a point. And if you sincerely want to prove a point, you will support each claim that you make, but if you are looking for mindless argument, you will state questionable things and make no effort to prove them.
Stating something such as, "the Bible is a fable," without backing it up is no better than saying something is the way it is, "because the Bible says so."

There is not an atheist idea of God as a cruel mean bully. The atheists idea is that THERE IS NO GOD (and, perhaps, if your "God" does exist then he is evil... but fortunately he does not).
When was the last time God talked to you? (And I don't mean "He talks through actions, not words") Never.
How often would a flipped coin land on heads with the help of God? 50%
How often does God heal an amputee? Never.
How did God create light before creating light-emitting objects? Because... he didn't?
Why do bad things happen to good people? Because God does not exist.

First of all, i am a hindu, recognise that. I am NOT christian. Am i that perfect that god can come up and talk to me? And yes, god does talk through actions. God doesent heal an amputee, thats what your body does. God is our generator, operator and destroyer. God made everything, he made the things in the world. We assembled it. God gave hindus free will.
Ill say it again, you think god is a christian. I AM HINDU. Christians muslims and jews are not the only people in the world. Deal with it.

With respect, I do not care what religion you are. They are all equally irrational, and brainwash their children in a very similar way. The Hindu, Islamic, Christian, Jewish... Gods are all imaginary, and all religious people are delusional.
Now that's out of the way, WHY does God not heal amputees, help his followers, prevent evil from happening, etc?

THEISTS have the burden of proof, whether you like it or not. It is YOU who are making positive claims with a huge lack of evidence.
Show me ONE miracle, just one, that I cannot say was coincidence, or a hoax, or never even happened. A healed amputee might be a good place to start looking.
Here's one bit of "proof": You claim something cannot come from nothing. Atheists will reply "Where did God come from then?" and you'll start making up some nonsense about God existing outside of space and time. How about this --
