Is Bill O'Reilly correct about the African-American culture and race?

What did he say that was so bad?
Pretending he has any clue as to how to fix such problems facing an ethnicity he has very little identity with wasn't really bad, but it was incredibly dumb. And then trying to pretend that there is no conversation is ignorant. His blaming the "disintegration of the African-American family" is misplaced blame. He ignored the fact poverty is what drives many of the end-results he talked about is found pretty much anywhere poverty is found, regardless of race, ethnicity, or society. Music and movies are hardly to blame. And if anyone needs to work with anyone, it is the white majority that needs to work with everyone else.
Edited to be more specific: It is the white majority in power that needs to work with everyone else. It's about time they realize the white majority will not be enough to win elections anymore.
