I think we can all agree that the important thing here is that Aisha had greatly loved and admired Muhammad (PBUH). It seems to me that Aisha and Muhammad must have been happy together. A smile on their faces as a happy couple should bring a smile upon our faces. Aisha had only nice things to say about her beloved husband Muhammad. He must have treated his young wife with love, respect, kindness and gentleness. Did Aisha not help perpetuate the legacy of her husband as the greatest prophet of all time? If Muhammad's society had considered preadolescent sex as immoral and if Muhammad were really known by his peers to have been a pedophile, then how did Muhammad become accepted as the greatest prophet of all time. Perhaps, Aisha was really much older than 9 years old when she and Muhammad had consummated their love and marriage together. There isn't any real solid evidence that Aisha was only 9 years old when she and Muhammad had consummated their marriage. There is no way that anybody could have really known about Muhammad's and his wife Aisha's personal relationship. END OF DISCUSSION!
