Is evolution as crooked as Hillary?

It's possible. I suppose I'm trying to crack through the lie and prove evolution as a dogma attached to real science, meaningless as campaign promises. Will biology stand without Evolution theory? Can we understand a seed without understanding its origin?
Neither biology nor medicine will be stand without the theory of evolution. For example you cannot create flu vaccines or understand the logic of testing new medicines on animals without accepting evolutionary theory. Most developments of new medicines (in Aids, cancer treatment) crucially depend on insights from protein evolution within organisms. Identification of genes that cause diseases is also possible only because of what evolution predicts the distribution and ancestor-descendant relations of mutated genes ought to be. Etc. Etc.

I could. People and animals are both made of meat. If either had no immune system they would rot as quick as ground chuck.

What is the level of your education in biology?
What specific skill sets you have that provide you with the confidence that "humans and animals are both made of meat" is sufficient knowledge to develop vaccines for influenza and medicine for AIDs virus?

Your claim is as hilarious as someone saying :- just knowing that solid things have solidity is enough for me to make engineering structures and machines. All that other knowledge of mechanics is useless.

I watched the Walking Dead. You saw what they did to Bob didn't you? We're made of the same materials as animals, meat. What keeps the meat fresh in animals keeps the meat fresh in humans. Immune system fails and we rot. But we don't need Evolution Theory to see that.

No.
Relativity deals with the very large.

Btw, evolution is really offended at being compared to Hillary.
Extinction of species is very unlike deletion of emails.
Maybe they changed things...E=MC squared still the theory of relativity? But it probably produces something. What does the theory of relativity give mankind the ability to do?

Human development and pollution is probably to blame for most species dissappearing. So Evolution would be a catch all for anything that happens so long as time moves forward.

Just name one thing Evolution theory produces.

The purpose of sciences is not to "produce" things. I think you are confusing science with technology. Sciences are the endeavor to explain and describe the world around us. Technology aims to manipulate and change it. Biological evolution is, put simply, the best evidenced-based explanation we have for the existence of biological diversity on this planet.

No, he said sufficient LOGIC to test vaccines on animals. That we are both made similarly, is sufficient logic to test vaccines on animals. Knowledge is what comes after from the trial and errors of testing vaccines.

No wonder we're falling behind China. Back in the day they wanted science to produce. Spaceships, bombs, vaccines, useful technology. Now it's just people sitting around thinking?

No and that was my first thougt
See you're brainwashed politically too. They have you in a box. If you don't like Hillary you must like Trump. But I do own a sign that says nope Trump and noper Hillary. You must stay in the box and attach Evolution theory to all useful science.

If that's the case I apologize as a third party voter myself I think I can understand

Uh... no?

It's important to recognize that basic sciences are the basis for most contemporary technologies. Folks have already mentioned a few things in this thread that are informed by the science of biological evolution. Regardless, nobody said you had to value biological evolution. Or sciences. Or anything, really.

There's that word again "evolution", biology isn't enough to study the plants and animals? We need evolution too? What is "biological evolution", the evolution of biology, a chronological study of bio science advancements?

Unfortunately for you, its not sufficient either to test or to develop vaccines. Understanding the evolutionary relations of cell structures and proteins and viral lineages is absolutely essential to guide the production of successful vaccines and other medicines.

The book is from 1995, so its not new now.

The 700 page authoritative textbook on cancer biology begins with the elucidating the principles of evolutionary genetics in its very first chapter, whose insights are used through the text to analyze cancer and approaches for cure.

Evolution is to biology and medicine as grammar is to language.
