Is Hillary In More Trouble?

Seems that the State Department Inspector General last fall subpoenaed the Clinton Foundation seeking documents about the charity's projects that may have required approval from the federal government during Hillary Clinton's term as secretary of state. In addition the FBI's "criminal" investigation is still ongoing despite statements from the Clinton camp that the FBI is just investigating "security issues". I don't know how dumb the Clinton camp thinks we are but the FBI does not investigate "security matters", they investigate "criminal activity".
Now some wonder why the State Dept. IG investigation was not brought up by the moderators or Sanders at the last Democrats debate. Is it that the moderators of that debate are backing the Hillary. Any real journalist would be expected to ask a question about that. Now is Sanders just being the kindly old gentleman that refuses to ask hard questions....he did go after her about Wall Street. Doesn't Sanders realize that the Clinton's play "hardball". If they find just one small piece of dirt they will attack him with everything in the book. Now I know that there are a lot of Sanders supporters on this forum and would like to ask one small question. If Sanders will not play hardball against the Hillary what do you expect from him when it comes to foreign policy, or anything else except the tired old rhetoric he continues to use Yeah he has hit her on her vote on invading Iraq, but the Hillary has so many avenues that he can attack her on makes one wonder.
Hey Bernie....here is some ammo if you would care to use it.

Perhaps he is simply trying to run a clean campaign so when it comes to electing the nominee he can say he's never attacked her positions unfairly or in a way that would misconstrue her arguments, and that she can't say the same.

Given all the false and fake controversies surrounding Hillary, my first thought in regards to the OP question is "probably not." It reminds me of the parable of the boy who cried wolf.

I look at it this was "where there is smoke there is fire". This is NOT a Republican driven investigation.
When we know that there is a wolf out there, should we not be surprised when it comes for ones sheep?

But considering all the genuine ones, the woman should be in prison, not running for President.

My point was is that there is so many false accusations and made-up stuff about her, that is is plausible to doubt she is in "more trouble" because so much of her "trouble" is as real as the Easter bunny.

This pretty much covers it.
Really, the whole email thing seems more to be an undersight for writing the rules when email became a thing than a problem with Hillary, given that her two prior predecessors used personal email addresses, and it's been found that people in other positions have also been doing so.

Using personal email addresses was thoughtless yet underwhelming. Establishing one's own server was clearly an attempt to insulate oneself. It was the Clinton machine expressing its sense of paranoid entitlement. Distasteful, but probably legal.

On the PBS Democratic debate two days ago, Hillary starting attacking Bernie's loyalty to Obama and his administration. I think he's getting the hint that he's going to have to quit being the gentleman he's been so far and use the multitude of negative fodder out there against Hillary. It's still early. If his advisers aren't counseling him to start towing a harder line against her, they should.

Sorry it is mis-handling of classified material that the FBI is looking at. Of course one must know what the regulations are when dealing with classified information. And the excuse that they weren't marked classified doesn't hold water. Some of the emails are redacted which indicate that they are considered classified and not secured. There are those that had access to these emails that did not have either the security clearance or the need-to-know.

Hilary is not the only politician that should go to prison.

Definitely not. Colin Powell and Condaleeza (whatever her name is) Rice also should be chucked in after her. Along with the Koch Brothers, The Bush Family, Rockefeller, Kissinger...I could go on.

Maybe we add the revived corpse of Reagan.

So you're definition of "hard ball" is to start running a negative smear campaign against her?

No just ask her questions that are germane to being the President. Obviously she doesn't have the intelligence to be president.
Au contraire!
She's too intelligent to answer difficult questions directly.

I don't like it.
But I understand why she so chooses.
