I'm not the best person to explain this, I think it is a bunch of nonsense. But Jesus comes back for everyone, and Israel must exist and rebuild the Temple first, according to many people. If anyone blows up Al Aqsa it is more likely to be Christians than Jews.

Why would Allah need to send the Qur'an to Muhammad only? Why not send it to everybody everywhere at once?

I don't have answser for now why God sent the Quran to Muhammad (pbuh) only ,not all people at once
i believe Islam is available for everybody and everywhere , but who don't heard about Muhammad (pbuh) God will not judged them as whom who heard about Muhammad (pbuh) , and not ISIS Islam of course .

Quran was available as books now it's available for everybody and everywhere and free .
