Are you generally angered by things you don't believe are real?
Christina mentioned having had faith once but that it didn't do any good. It sounded like she was mad at God for a disappointment in life which is completely understandable. I knew a lady who lost her son in a drowning accident on his high school graduation trip. She was naturally heartbroken and said she was mad at God, not that she didn't believe, she was just mad! Very understandable. I hope I never have to experience such a thing as that but I do understand that accidents, suffering death etc are part of this experience.

Well, I have never been a devout believer, so that doesn't apply to me.
Nor me, such that I am neutral as to the possibility of such. Show me sufficient evidence and I might change my mind, but personal experiences - of which I have had many sorts and usually explainable - will seemingly not do so. I have no desire in the matter or push to travel any path, especially when it might lead anywhere - as shown by all the various different faiths.

I see, it's not that you don't believe in God, you are mad at him based on the disappointment of your own expectations.

Don't talk rubbish. I don't believe in god because i have read the bible (3 different bibles actually) and i, nor anyone else has ever seen any falsifiable evidence of any god.

The reason I read the Bible (s) it to try to learn why so many christians are so hypocritical. And i found what i was looking for peppered through the OT.
As a consequence i began to realise how completely illogical and childish it was to believe in fairy stories.

So now lets say i sm as mad at god as i am at harry potter. But again, if it boosts your ego to believe about me what makes you happy then please feel free.

Well, yes. But even evidence is a belief system to me and I accept other belief systems, that somewhat matches my value system. And that can include some religious value systems and not others.

For me, the religions are more like browsing in the bric-a-brac or secondhand shops. One might pick up something useful but it could probably be found elsewhere too. :D

Ad hominem, it always seems theists resort to this in the end. try demonstrating some evidence for your claim rather than attacking those who point out unevidenced opinion or belief is not evidence.

The history of Christianity demonstrate ample evidence to refute this. Even on here we have witnessed Christians attack their brothers and sisters, just because they born gay, or because they don't share your beliefs in a deity.

And you reasoned a forum for general religious debate was the place to avoid such exchanges, really? I sense you're in for a disappointment.
News flash!

I don't believe in any deity or deities, and since this fact isn't sinking in, I find claims made in the complete absence of any objective evidence meaningless. To quote the late author and polemicist, Christopher Hitchens's...

"What can be asserted without evidence can also be dismissed without evidence."

Since i know100% for sure we are the very end of these last days and God will show us all. Oh but then its to late.

How about this evidence--Revelation 16--written over 1850 years ago about today.

A 7 headed beast with 10 horns( a horn is a kingdom) a place where kingdoms gather)-- A 2 horned beast--The 2 horned beast excercises all authority of the 7 headed beast in the world( resolutions)-- Cannot buy or sell unless they recieve the mark of the beast( sanctions)-- Makes fire come down out of the heavens( bombs-missiles)--- pretty simple but few see it.

I believe differently. That is how it works, we believe differently and I am 100% sure of that. So it is a draw.

One positive thing about all this, if it's really the last days then at least we don't have to keep listening to the JW's tell us it's really, really the last days!

The door to door work stopped. Has the world noticed. We are the end of these last days. They rolled on the ground laughing at Noah to.

Because Noah's flood was a vastly exaggerated flood myth concocted by the Israelites who were trying to establish an authoritative line of decent back to the Adam of Mesopotamian lore whom they "assumed" was the first human. Since they couldn't trace their blood lines back that far they decided to drown the whole world in its own wickedness at the time of Noah's flood, a locally known regional flood story.

Hardly, if she has stopped believing in a deity, then being angry at it wouldn't make much sense, though she might be angered at being taught to believe in it in the first place of course.

I knew a lady who lost her son in a drowning accident on his high school graduation trip. She was naturally heartbroken and said she was mad at God, not that she didn't believe, she was just mad! Very understandable.

Indeed, I can see why.

Well death is the price of admission for this ride, and as you get older, if you're lucky enough to get older of course, life stops giving and starts taking. If you're lucky you this happens mainly towards the end.

You must have missed this--Rev 13--a 7 headed beast with 10 horns. A horn = a kingdom, thus a place where kingdoms gather. A 2 horned beast-2 kingdoms ( eagle-lion) exercising all authority of the 7 headed beast in this world( resolutions) cannot buy or sell( sanctions) unless receiving the mark of the beast. Makes fire come down out of the heavens( bombs-missiles)-- Its that simple--all of you are missing reality even though you see it passing before your eyes.

Not love then but hate.. thanks for making that clear

It takes sacrafice on the part of the one trying to help others see reality. Like the door to door work Jesus started. Mortal flesh would rather go to the beach, or shopping, or golfing etc, etc, etc. It takes love to sacrafice ones little free time to carry on the work Jesus started-Luke 10-Acts 20:20)-- Your twisting everything does does not make you correct--Hearts are like this( Jeremiah 17:9--The heart is treacherous and desperate, who can know it)--very easy to reason falsely. 99% are.
