Most of christians have belief that Jesus is GOD? i failed to understand if Jesus indeed is GOD, then how could he die? Can God die? Suppose, if he died for whatever reason, someone else there has to bring him back to life (reserruction). Is he God then?
Please through some light on this..

Jesus can rightly be called a god, but Jesus is not THE GOD, THE ALMIGHTY GOD who created everything in heaven and on earth. Jesus is not the giver of life to all things, Ps 36:9, Rev 4:11.
When Isaiah was rtecording prophecies about Jesus he called Jesus a mighty god, Isa 9:6. If you have a concordance you can find that the word used here is Ghibbore, but the word used for the Almighty God is Shaddai. They are diffinitely not the same person.
Notice that at Daniel and Revelation, The God is sitting on His throne and Jesus come in before Him, Dan 7:13,14, Rev 5:6-8. Can they be the same person of ONE is on His throne and another comes and takes something out of His hand???
Three time when Jesus was on earth, God spoke to him, from heaven, Matt 3:17, Mark 9:7, John 12:28. Jesus was nerver deceptive, 1Pet 2:21,22.
Jesus called THE GOD, his Father and his GOD, John 20:17.
Jesus said The Father is greater than I am, John 14:28. A child would not be passed on to the second grade if they did not know what GREATER meant. Why can't many religious leaders understand??? Dan 12:10, Matt 13:13-15, Luke 10:21.
