Because I am very well accustomed to my own biases, and I am well accustomed to God. I experience both personal biases and God. And I can tell you for a matter of fact, from personal experience, that they are not the same thing.

Lay off the all caps; if God is really directing you to type in all caps, check in with a psychiatrist. And no, Paul is not simply quoting the Torah. If he had simply been quoting the Torah (presumably via the Septuagint, although speculative) we would at least know that he was quoting Leviticus.
I also think that you need to appreciate that Paul and the others are writing within a certain context. I honestly don't care what Paul's position was on homosexuality, if he had one, because I'm not persuaded that Paul's opinion is worth much. But I am curious about Paul's intent in light of the pervasive decontextualized readings of Paul we are subjected to by his modern disciples.
