The final antichrist will rule from Rome, so Mahmoud doesn't seem likely to fit that role, but Mahmoud is definitely "a" final antichrist.

There is one thing that should be mentioned; There is no such thing as,THE ANTICHRIST!!!
The term antichrist is mentioned in the Bible 5 times, all by John, 1John 2:18,22, 4:3, 2John 7. Notice that there were already many antichrists in John's day, and that anyone who denys that Jesus came in the flesh is an antichrist. The meaning of the term is; anyone who does not believe that Jesus was God's son and disobeys him is an antichrist.
Do not look for ONE ANTICHRIST!! If you do will you will be caught by surprise, Matt 24:42,44.
