I agree...I've noticed more people moving away from opposite sex attraction and moving more towards same sex attraction....
Perhaps the U.S.A. is following the path of the Roman Empire.

That is in stark contrast to the type of treatment some gay people say they get.
Yeah, but you have to admit, the fourth season of Spongebob was really weak.As a gay man, my own philosophy is this: You receive a level of acceptance based upon the type of person you are - irrespective of your sexuality. If you are an outgoing, people-type person - friendly and considerate of other people's feelings, you can get along, often, with even the most extremely fundamentalist types. If you are an in-your-face, 'this is who I am and you better like it', type of person - expect repercussions. Of course there are always those who will hate you for who you are and will go out of their way to be ugly. I'm sure this is true though for all marginalized people due to race, religion, sexuality, etc.
There are people willing to tolerate homosexuality but resist efforts to have it shoved down their throats. I believe gay people should be sensitive to the rights and feelings of everyone. But at the same time I expect that same level of conduct from others towards me. We can't possibly expect instant acceptance by all levels of society - especially those whose tenants of faith are at stake. But we can change opinions and attitudes one person at a time. A journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step.
Is Sponge-Bob Square Pants a 'gay' symbol?
yes.
as a matter of fact, the entire world and everything in it is a gay symbol.
so whatsyerpoint?
Considerately,

That's depressing. Now I have to rethink my theory about everything being a phallic symbol.

i'm sorry, but spongebob is just too short to be an adequate phallic symbol.
case closed.
Regretfully yours,

And I would hope he's definitely the wrong shape!!!!! I don't think there will ever be a market for Spongbob dildos.
The arms and legs are merely handles/power switches, the body houses the batteries, and the nose...And I would hope he's definitely the wrong shape!!!!! I don't think there will ever be a market for Spongbob dildos.
Funny, was just thinking the same thing, a little while ago, after reading a few of the last posts..you people are all sick, sick i tell you!
"sponge"..."bob" is obviously an animated contraceptive device.
We all need to become "sponge-worthy".Funny, was just thinking the same thing, a little while ago, after reading a few of the last posts..
