Is the Bible Credible?

HEY! What happened to the discussion centered on the original question about thre credibility of the Bible?
It is interesting to see how easily discussions evolve into a clash of personalities, egos and agruments that profit no one. I think that where there is little respect, there is little personal credibility ...

Yes, it did evolve into something else, looks like cud, smells like feces!:D

But I would like to see some more people post their personal opinions about the credibility of the Bible and why they believe it was Divinely Inspired.

Also, I've been hearing alot about the Prophecies of the Bible lately. I'm not too aware of how many there are and what amount have actually came to be true. (If anyone has some urls or old posts about the Prophecies of the Bible I would love to read them!)
But if they have, were they significant Prophecies or were they bound to happen?

Hey Abtruse, I use to live out in the desert there. Were you born and raised out there? Beautiful place!

Yes, I've been in the desert for my whole twenty years of life!:)
I really do enjoy it, compared to many places I've seen in the US, the desert has a special type of beauty.
Another beautiful place I visited last year though was Bozeman, Montana - which is very nice too.
