HAHAHAHAHAHAHA, WILL YOU CUT IT OUT WITH THAT BANNER FOLLOWING ME ON EVERY THREAD AS THOUGH I WERE A CULT, I'M ONE GUY, STOP FOLLOWING LIKE I'M YOUR LEADER, INVOLVE YOURSELF IN THE DISCUSSION AND HELP ALL US ELEVATE OURSELVES HIGHER IN TRUTH, OR HAVE WE BECOME AFRAID OF TRUTH, OF CHALLENGING OUR BELIEFS FOR THE FEAR THAT THEY MAY BE WRONG.:)
I'm with Popeyesays on this one.

HERE I GOT YOU A MORE SIMPLE VERSION; [26] and everyone who lives and believes in me will never die. Do you believe this?" I DON'T BECAUSE I HAVEN'T SEEN ANY CHRISTIANS OF 200 YRS AGO STILL WALKING AROUND LET ALONE 2000 YRS AGO, ALL DIE, THEREFORE, IMO ALL LIES. BUT WHAT DO YOU THINK, I'M REALLY INTERESTED IN KNOWING WHAT YOU THINK, ITS A DISCUSSION BOARD.

Well, perhaps we can talk about the difference between the physical death and the second death. Your quote is not talking about physical death. Jesus was well aware of the fact that all humans die, even himself. Jesus was talking about the second death, the death when God the Father punishes the disobedient. Sound familiar.

I WILL DEFEND MYSELF THIS WAY, IF THE WAGES OF SIN IS DEATH (Romans.6:23), AND JESUS DIED FOR OUR SINS (Hebrews.9:26) BY ME ACCEPTING JESUS IN BAPTISIM MY SINS ARE FORGIVEN AND I BULLET-PROOF MY SOUL WITH THE HOLY SPIRIT (Acts.2:38) SO I CAN ACCOMPLISH (John.11:26).

HOW WILL YOU DEFEND YOUR VERSION?

2nd Peter 3:3-4 Knowing this first, that there shall come in the last days scoffers, walking after their own lusts, And saying, Where is the promise of his coming? for since the fathers fell asleep, all things continue as [they were] from the beginning of the creation.

*Papillion gives more credibility to Christianity by fufilling prophecy, just like the world gave more credibility to Jesus being the Christ by crucifying him.*

I AM WHO I AM, THE BEST IN THIS BUSINESS, WHAT YOU SPEAK OF HAPPENED 2000 YEARS AGO; Hebrews.9:[26]But now once for all he has appeared at the end of the ages to take away sin by his sacrifice. I AM WHO I AM.

If you believe your sins will be taken away. But you'll be stuck in a sinful body (the flesh) until death or the rapture.

Again, Jesus is talking about the second death. Your focus on "never die" is tricking you into thinking that it should imply the physical death as well. if you read the bible more, you will realize that Jesus says that we will all die physically.

Nah, You Just have to believe in Jesus: he died for your sins, rose from the dead, ascended into heaven. He did all the work. The Bible is written through the Holy Spirit, God wrote it. If someone sinless was speaking and someone sinful had a tape recorder the words on the tape would still be sinless.

I READ THEM AS THERE WRITTEN, I DEFEND THEM AS THERE WRITTEN WITH QUOTES FROM THE BIBLE SOMETHING YOU STILL HAVEN'T PRODUCED, MAYBE YOU SHOULD READ THE BIBLE ALITTLE MORE AND KNOW HOW TO DEFEND YOUR ARGUEMENTS WITH QUOTES AND NOT CONJECTURES.

Well Papillon, sorry to have aggravated you so. It's my observation of other posts you have summited and my intuition, that your a bitter person. I tried to reason with you nicely and you come back with pettiness. My advise is return to school and stop play the video games.

GOOD MIND, I LIKE THAT, NOT LIKE SOME STAFF MEMEBERS THAT FREAK-OUT WHEN YOU PUSH THE LIMITS, I LOVE PUSHING THE LIMITS SO I'M GOING TO ANSWER YOU THAT GOD IS SINLESS, AND WHEN THE ONE WHO HOLDS THE RECORDER IS SINFUL, HIS SINS COULD BE OF LUST & LIES AND PRODUCED A DIFFERENT VARIATION OF THE ORIGINAL RECOREDED, SUCH AS JUDAISM, ISLAM, CHRISTIANITY AND OTHERS THAT FEEL THEIR GOD IS THE TRUE ONE, I SAY, TEST THE VERSES, TEST TRUTH & THE BIBLE FAILS, IMHO.

That may be all fine and dandy but it is still implying that the soul will live forever. How you interpret the Bible is obviously different than how someone else interprets the Bible but the key word here is interpret. There have been many versions of the Bible and the only way to "READ THEM AS THERE WRITTEN" is to interpret. Now I don't agree with your interpretation but thats ok. It's still an interesting point.

SEE IF YOU CAN INTERPRET THIS ONE; Matthew.10:[23]When they persecute you in one town, flee to another. Amen, I say to you, you will not finish the towns of Israel before the Son of Man comes. LETS SEE HOW INTERESTING YOURS IS. :)

My interpretation of this is the author is clearly interested in time shares. Unfortunately the market is poor now for time shares and so he shows his bitterness by not finishing the garage before dinner is done.

The problem with asking me for my interpretation is I am not a Christian. This does not mean that anyone else's interpretation is any less valid. And personally I think my interpretation was very interesting indeed.:)
