He does not...unless he leaves the room...

Not even when he interviews job applicants...

Ha ha. My brother in law works freelance, he takes work from all over the world. His work is art based so he'll be interviewed or have meetings via zoom (or similar) decently dressed in a clean tee shirt, sometimes a cardigan. And below desk level he'll be wearing pyjamas... his usual attire at home

Is RF working better for most folk on here today or is it just me?

Yesterday this forum moved along at a faster clip than I've seen before or for a very long time. I think today is similar but the speed is not quite as fast. In my perception it is 95% as fast as yesterday.

Yesterday it was frighteningly fast. I thought I was on a roller coaster at the bottom of a vertical drop. It was that fast.

It's so fast right now that when I go to post something stupid, it's too late to change my mind before it shows up and everyone can see what I wish they would not have seen

It's been pretty quick for sure but...

There is always a but...

I have just spent 20 minutes composing a post, pressed send and RF locked for about 5 minutes, it didn't time out, it just sat there with the progress bar not showing any progress. I opened other tabs with no problems, except if i opened another tab for RF.

When it cleared my post was lost. No doubt somewhere on the internet someone, somewhere is saying, "what???, I never wrote that"

After rewriting the post, it posted ok

Yes I quite often get that. If I compose a long post I often take the precaution of taking a copy with the edit function before posting. Then if it gets lost I can resurrect it. I don't know why the forum sometimes takes ages to accept a post and sometimes takes it instantaneously. There is something odd about the software here. I don't have this issue on other forums I subscribe to.

Yes much better today. I would be interested to know what has changed.

Yes, it's been much better. Thanks to whoever fixed it.

I don't know any technical details, but it seems that our (the staff's) contacting the owners brought their attention to this.

I share @Rival's sentiment of thanking whoever fixed that problem.
