I think the idea and design of the American Flag should be updated every 4 years. This way they would speak for a generation and still be collectible.

Can you imagine the headache that would cause if you wanted to organise a good old fashioned flag burn outside your local embassy?

This is already how I see the flag quite often in my minds eye.
