Peace and purity are hijacked by every human being at some point, some much more extreme than others.
No, sharia law is not funny but true.
Islam has been hijacked not only by politicized Islam, but by politicized agendists who use Islamaphobia as an excuse to side with politicized Islam and to take freedoms away. The safest place for an anti-jihadee Muslim is America, but that might be changing.
The murder of the Pittsburg Muslim cab driver from Morocco, which was touted as a hate crime by the left wing on the internet and by the Islamic Center of Pittsburgh, by Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR) as an example of Islamophobia in America, which was being investigated by the Obama Justice Department, et all, has been solved.
The Pittsburg Police solved it, and arrested 26-year-old Anthony Lamar Mohamed at his Hazelwood home, for shooting in back of the 38-year-old Muslim taxi driver on Thanksgiving morning. A Mohamed murdering a Mohamed.
Here is the picture of the shooter, who after asking the cabbie his hertitage, when the Muslim told the passenger he was an American, the black Muslim then said he has to run into his residence to get his wallet, then came back out and shot the cabbie in the back.
For being an American? I guess that was the wrong answer to a Muslim passenger.

Meanwhile the Obamanist and so-called "Attorney General" Loretta Lynch pledged to a group of Muslim activists after this Islamic terrorist attackk in San Bernardino, threatening the free press that she would take aggressive action against anyone who used anti-Muslim rhetoric. She needs to be impeached or out of this position, she is a danger to our freedoms and an example of Americaphobia. No more victims to her type of extremism. She is an indoctrinated demagogue that cannot even come to grips with reality and will stoop to activist overreach of a totalitarian nature and falsehoods to achieve a politicized agenda that has put a target on the back of freedom loving Americans.

Peaceful does not mean they are not dangerous to the public. And I would debate that whole peaceful part in full. It started with bloodshed when it originated, and the bloodshed has never stopped.

How are people in the UK embracing sharia into government?
Just to note on this one, they are a group operating in Somali-majority areas, primarily within Somalia itself, and are composed primarily of Somalis, but aren't pirates. The pirates are sets of gangs operating out of Somalian ports, some of which will probably have links with Al-Shabaab.
Over here in Cambridge at least, we remain run by secular law.

Those courts don't hold legal authority of any kind and state courts are never expected to take their rulings into account when making rulings of their own. That said, I don't think religious courts should exist at all in the UK - it should be one law secular for all.
