Much like the Quran, the charter is riddled with inconsistencies. If I lived in Israel paragraph 20, all by itself, would be quite troubling.

"Their charter is riddled with inconsistencies" doesn't really come close to "Palestinians voted in leaders whose stated charter is the total destruction of Israel," which was your original position and your justification fot why you think it's okay to murder Palestinian civilians indiscriminately.

We tried that in Lebanon with, I think, Security Council resolution 1701. Not very promising since the UN is anti-Jewish.
