I wholeheartedly disagree. Human trafficking is only a problem when it is coerced and non-voluntary.

You believe that infertility is imposed by your God.
Why do you believe that this should be imposed
upon people who don't share your particular religion?
What has your god to do with more than 2/3 of the worlds population who don't believe in your god?

In the country the practice is also despised and nicknamed as "uterus for rent" to highlight how certain women are disposed to rent their own motherhood , as if babies were things to sell.
I applaud this decision. I mean... I think that couples that cannot have children should grow up and become adults.
You become an adult when you understand that sacrifice and renounce give you wisdom and strength.
So...if God didn't give you any children, you must respect His will. And move on.

Yeah this is very sad indeed.
I don't see the problem at all. If it doesn't hurt anyone and done correctly, it can make someone very, very happy. Children have been the best thing in my life.

If a woman wants to carry out a pregnancy for someone else -for whatever reason- and all is done with consent, then who the F are you (or the state) to tell them they can't?
What is the alternative?
Since the State taxes everything, it should come up with a law regulating surrogate pregnancy?
Something like a price list? Male baby = 20,000 euros...Female baby...10,000 euros...twins 40,000 euros?
Come on.... babies are not things to sell or buy.
