It's Become Easier To Sue For Malicious Prosecution

The Friend Of The Court is the only institution
that still enforces debtor's prison.
I'd never heard that term.

I can only assume you refer to cases like my buddy's, in which he would get behind on child support payments. If he went to a hearing with a backpay of >$2,000 he was guaranteed to sit behind bars until his wife and friends could bail him out to prevent termination of his employment. He just got it paid off last summer, and his daughter wasn't even living at her mother's house from age 16 which was two years ago. The mother was just getting paid for being what I call an 'egg-donor'.

Another friend's father owes over $10,000 in backpay... I'm not sure if he was regularly incarcerated, as he moved across the country to Florida. I don't know if there's interstate cooperation or extradition regarding the matter. Dudes 62 and in failing health, no use beating that dead horse. He's what I refer to as a 'sperm-donor'. His son wants nothing to do with him, a thought which causes me grief.

My father was caring and always there if I needed, regardless of his limited custodial rights. I wish I could say mine was a representation of the majority. But, most of my personal friends and acquaintances have a 'sperm-donor' or 'egg-donor', and too many had both. Some were luckier than others and at least had a grandparent that cared... :confounded:

Except you compared her severe injuries that were the fault of another to someone doing something stupid that got himself hurt.
Perhaps you should review the case you are grandstanding upon. She was at partial fault.

I would use one of the many cases in which the employee directly caused burns and injury by spilling hot beverages on sitting customers. Rather than a woman who uses her inner thighs as hands in a parked car. Just saying...

If I were narrow-minded and shallow, I could use the funny character assassination you employed to persecute me with your accusations of 'know the details or be apathetic'. I'm not certain how the two are correlated, but that's besides the point. I'm certain, like most of us, your intentions are good.

Beware the truth behind the idiom:
"The path to Hell is paved in good intentions."
Love and be loved.
