January 6 2020: why did four cops commit suicide after the events?

If a woman commits suicide three days after she was raped, would you say it's unrelated?

Well, she could have been medical checked and it turned out she had late stage terminal cancer, so she commit sucide because of that.
So in a sense the rape would be unrelated.
You really have to learn to doubt your own understanding.

There you go again, dissing atheists.
Be aware that the attempted coup & associated
violence was by "good Christians" who wanted
to overturn the election.

**** those Christians who blame us
heathens for their own wicked acts.
They were just protesting.
You don't overturn an election just by protesting.

They also cooperated with sending
fake electors to several states.
Only God knows the Truth.
Who did what and why?
God has a big camera where everything is recorded...and saved.
So, lies can save someone's derrière on Earth. But not in the afterlife.

That said... feeling guilty can make a person's life unlivable.

It was on fire when I laid down on it.

I wouldn't know. I guess I love myself too much. I tell my loved ones all the time, "If someone says I committed suicide, please open an investigation because I most certainly did not!"

Yeah, it is all an illusion and you are not even reading this. Why are you here at all, it is just fake news everywhere. You can't trust anything, not even yourself.

Many things can drive someone to suicide.
Why allude to guilt?

Because that's the reason why a certain biblical character committed suicide.
:)
Because thirty pieces of silver, that is greed, is the price by which he sold his soul to the devil.

Brava.
These days, one should point that out, since too many strange deaths are labelled as suicides. Too often.

One Bible character committed suicide.
Does this mean that all other people
have the identical motive?
Because thirty pieces of silver, that is greed, is the price by which he sold his soul to the devil.
You might as well quote Harry Potter
at me. It's equally factual, & far better
writing.

Bad cops are often in the job for power, prestige, connections, etc., but even then they have a commitment strong enough to gamble their very lives, every shift. A significant number, though I have no stats, "eat their gun" when caught, whether due to shame or fear of incarceration.

Good cops are generally in the job because they have an intense sense of public service, to help their city, state, country - mankind. When called upon to serve in a situation such as Jan 6th, everything they believe in is put on the line. Imagine how personally they took the blowback! Justice, right before their very eyes was pissed on.

I'm not a suicidal personally type, thank goodness with my history, but I would certainly have turned in my shield after such a day. I just watched it happen on TV, and was greatly affected by the traitors to so many brothers who have died to gain and maintain the constitution of the USA. Their actions did more damage than 911, for it was followed by continued division rather than a coming together in grief.

Instantly shattered faith oftentimes shatters one's will to carry on.
