The law and the prophets are for peace. Where is there peace? Not even in a singular person is peace full or maintained. The ignorant, being who they are, take knowledge and distort it according to themselves. Because it is God's word, does not mean that everyone will understand it as He Himself does. The truth is not changed. It's only changed in the minds of limited creatures. God knows everything. Everything. You couldn't possibly escape the will of the all-knowing, could you? The command from God is peace/love. One.
