If this person does not have Swyers Syndrome, and does not have a Y Sex Chromosome, this person is female/woman.
How should public policy address the issue
of her entering women's lavs & locker rooms?
Id est, how do you prevent such "men" from
entering?

:D

Not me! Yay!

Anyway. That's an easy definition. It's no different than defining the word man with the word man.
No; it's defining the word man with the word MALE. Now if you wanna know what a male is, we can get into chrosomes and other stuff.

They're all crossed up. Men are "supposed" to be the ones wearing the pants. Some men don't. Some women do. Women are supposed to stay at home and cook. Some women don't. Some men do. I'll think of more. My boy dog is growling for a meal.

So gender does not exist?

I'm from Seattle; there has been plenty of times I've gone to public restrooms and what looks like a biological female walks out of the stall claiming to be a man. I simply take their word for it and continue with my business. No need for facial discomfort.

I'm calling bull pucky. This has never happened to you because trans people do not identify with their birth gender and go out of their way to avoid such.

Why do you seem to have a problem with someone asking questions?

I have a degree in multimedia. We had a term called "JAQing off", JAQ being an acronym for "just asking questions". When someone is JAQing off it means they are engaging in bigoted, homophobic otherwise hateful behaviour or spreading disinformation under the guise of "just asking questions". You are most certainly JAQing off and not a good faith actor as others have pointed out.

You are not a woman and we are more then capable of defending our own spaces without your help. This may be a shock to you, but women don't use urinals and instead our restrooms are entirely enclosed stalls. We have no means of knowing what the person in the stall next to us has between their legs unless we peek (in which case who is the predator here?) or ask... and no one normal is going to ask. I have also been to gyms and most people don't wave their genitalia around while drying off. Your scenario of some six foot beef bag who can't fit in their stall so their junk is flying all around honestly sounds like a depraved sex fantasy.

How does a female drying off after taking a shower in the female locker room; with female sex organs in place not gonna pass the feminine enough glance? Or visa versa?
in 2023 Rebecca Philips age 17 spoke to the San Diego City Council about how she had been traumatized by being exposed to a transgendered person showering and changing in the locker room of the YMCA. She went on at length at how the person's male genitals got "shoved in her face" and how she had to run from the locker room. It was a horrible experience for her...except the trans woman in question 66 year old Christine Wood hasn't had male genitals for for almost 20 years having gone through gender affirming surgery.

and that is how what you ask happens

NOTHING was based on fear. There is a big difference between picking out one race and separating them from the multiple other races vs separating one sex from the other. Race is a social construct, sex is not.
then and now the same thing is being said. What about those poor defenseless women and girls?"
