LGBTQ

Kathryn

It was on fire when I laid down on it.
It says only to ask other people.
You can't connect the dots? OK, I'll spell it out for you since apparently that's what you need:

Laken Riley, Kate Steinie, Jeremy Caceras, Shannon Jungwirth and her son Jorge, Melissa Powell and her son Riordan Powell, Catalina Andrade and Merced Ballon, and Aiden Clark can no longer exercise any rights at all.

You can't connect the dots? OK,
See the edited post.
You're alluding to the problem of eligibility
to compete in women's sports, but not
addressing rights conferred by government.
This evades the question about what rights
Republicans are being denied.

True; but the vast majority of them are white.

No this is not about intersectionality, there are plenty of black and brown people who disagree with LGBTQ. As a matter of fact, there are a higher percentage of black people who disagree with this than white people; (I’m black so I have more knowledge of black issues than other races) especially when it comes to black churches compared to white churches. This would make blacks more guilty of LGBTQ bigotry than white people, yet they are put under the banner but white people are not.

Okay, so how does this relate to "T" being a part of LGBTQ+ and not black and brown people?

Correct.
You aren't answering the question.
I already answered it. Sorry you disagree with that answer.

From Post #101:

Laken Riley, Kate Steinie, Jeremy Caceras, Shannon Jungwirth and her son Jorge, Melissa Powell and her son Riordan Powell, Catalina Andrade and Merced Ballon, and Aiden Clark can no longer exercise any rights at all.

Here was the question:

and what rights are Republicans being denied to being given a back seat to?

And here are my answers, which are the only ones you are going to get because it should be obvious:

From Post #97:
Well, for starters, ask Laken Riley, Kate Steinie, Jeremy Caceras, Shannon Jungwirth and her son Jorge, Melissa Powell and her son Riordan Powell, Catalina Andrade and Merced Ballon, and Aiden Clark about their rights and whether or not they can exercise them.

And from Post #101:
Laken Riley, Kate Steinie, Jeremy Caceras, Shannon Jungwirth and her son Jorge, Melissa Powell and her son Riordan Powell, Catalina Andrade and Merced Ballon, and Aiden Clark can no longer exercise any rights at all.

Some of them and some of their relatives, are or were Republicans.

I wasn’t talking about the one he did for schools, I’m talking about the one he did for all government contractors

This caused business to allow males that identify as women access to female spaces. My point is, there were gay and lesbians who disagreed with this; making them (according to you) bigots against everyone under the LGBTQ banner; themselves included. Do you not see a problem here?
Specifically it read:
"As a condition of receiving Federal funds, a school agrees that it will not exclude, separate, deny benefits
to, or otherwise treat differently on the basis of sex any person in its educational programs or activities
unless expressly authorized to do so under Title IX or its implementing regulations. ...This means that a school must not treat a transgender student differently from the way it treats other students."
If that were true, that would mean transgender student who identify as the opposite sex wouldn't be allowed in the restrooms of their choosing since they don’t allow other students to do so. Yet; that was not the case.

When you attempt to put multiple groups under the same banner; as if they were one (which they are not) you get groups under the same banner who disagree/bigoted against each other; whether it be blacks and browns against gays, or gays and lesbians against trans; these are different groups; trying to conflate them all into one doesn't make sense IMO due to this reason.

Here's the thing that got me -men transitioning and then competing in women's sports, I mean, I am sorry if you cannot pass a gender DNA test, I really am sorry, but maybe if you can't pass it you can't compete. I don't know.
Rather than a gender test, how about if we separate everybody on the basis of biology rather than gender? If you were born with only X sex Chromosomes, (assuming you do not have Swyers Syndrome) you play women's sports, and if you have the y you play with the men. Sounds like an easy fix to me.
