I am putting this here, it is sort of serious, but because it cant actually happen by us, for those who might agree, lets just have fun with it, but in a serious way. plz dont get way out there, like beheading fornicators or such... :sorry1:
Abortion Statistics: 1.2 Million Babies Die Every Year From Abortions
Is completely disturbing that many babies die every year.
That is in the USA only.
Just off the top of my head.
Everyone will be glad I am not in charge...
1)no one under 18 can legally have sex...yay
2)adults MUST get a licence to even have sex, which involves a ton of classes they must pass, all paid for by them, just like every other licence we have to get.
Unwed and married can only legally have sex with someone else if both take extra classes together.
Only can legally have sex with that person only.
If a minor is caught having sex, from the result in pregnancy, both are required to take extensive classes on child care, and both have to raise the kid, regardless if they are even stay a couple.
There is no exceptions and no way to get out of it, no adoption, no abortion.
They wanna play, they have school, work and a kid to raise.
Unwed adults can only opt for an abortion if they both agree to being sterilized.
If not, they have to raise the kid, no exceptions.
If they are not a couple, they have to work out the details that while one works, the other has the kid, no exceptions.
In both situations, weekly visits by child services is mandatory.
Instead of them being given welfare, that money will be diverted to child services jobs.
Married couples can only opt for an abortion if they too both opt to being steriliz
Married couples with underage kids that divorce or separate, loose their sex licence for 5 years, can not remarry for 5 years and automatically get put on the child services visit system, same as with the others, then they have to work around each others schedules to care for the kid.
All parties on the child services list, have to pay a percent of the costs, according to their income ratings.
Disabled are the only ones who can get welfare for kids.
If reg people can not find work, this is handled just as it is now, you don't pay support, you go to jail, cept there will be work programs, to earn and self support the jail and what is left, is given to the other parent as support.
Of course there is no way to know if people have sex with someone they can not legally have sex with, but if a pregnancy occurs.
All kinds of problems happen to them.
Spouses can turn in their mates for adultery as that is a felony.
The legal system will help keep this all in check, hospitals, doctors, bosses, and even the police.
DNA is a powerful tool
Just like now with everything else, you get pulled over, the cop can ask for your sex licence, and all that good stuff to follow.
Other than during traffic stops or actual sex in public, they cant harass people with the sex licence thing.
I am just having fun here, I know this is way out there.
just for fun, anyone want to add to this and revise it more?
One last thing, my idea will reduce abortions big time, causing way more mouths to feed, meaning jobs to make the food
BTW, anyone caught having an illegal abortion, faces the DP
Hope the (polygamy/polyamory) people will make their rules for their licences and penalties.
If you state you are exempt from this, that is an auto 1st degree felony, mandatory by 30 years in prison.
