Well as Muslims, we believe that Islam has everything right! We believe that The Holy Qur'an is the True and Final Word of Allah (SWT) (GOD), and so that we believe that everything that The Holy Qur'an instructs us to do, and which it says in general, is right/correct for us to believe and to follow.

Of course, that in practice means that they don't much trust the discernment of Christianity.

I believe that is ethnocentric bias on their part. There is no evidence that the Gospel isn't correct.

I have to laugh. everyone thinks he is so pure. My wife has a n unfavorable view of African-Americans but DNA revealed 1.9 % Nigerian. My dad always had a thing about Jews but I found a Jewish ancestor which probably explains why I match DNA with someone in Israel. And if I thought I might not have any connection to people in the Middle East my DNA comes from there also although I haven't found an ancestor yet.

I believe it is impossible to find Jesus in a tomb. A man named Jeshua with a wife and child could exist but Jeshua is a common Jewish name.

That is IMO very much a matter of faith and faith alone. I don't know that it even makes sense to say that the Gospels "are correct" or even false.
