Sorry, I tried to listen, but spoken Arabic is just not very lovely to listen to.

It's sort of like listening to a love poem in German.

I just want to say that even if the non-Muslims here said that they weren't touched by listening to the recitation of the holy Qur'an, it wouldn't give the story of that Muslim less credibility. It is not a proof that his story is not true!

Nor is the example of the man who was touched proof that it is, considering that it happens to other religions as well. Honestly, though, I don´t really understand the entire thing with trying to convince everyone that your religion is right. But then again, my philosophy on this topic is extremely live-and-let-live .

I, for one, have no difficulty whatsoever believing such a story. The thing is that it says more about the English boxer than it does about the alleged power of the Qur'an. Hopefully he was not the recipient of too many blows to the head prior to being exposed to it.

I actually listened to 40 minutes of this reciting and appreciated it. I've read the Qur'an in my language, and in English, it is good to hear it in the Arabic language.
