My first TV appearance was a "parade" I was in at the local mall (yes, an indoor parade) when I was in Beavers that made the local news. It must have been a very slow news day.

My second TV appearance was as a contestant on the kid's animal-themed game show "Wild Guess".

- I'm a good Mom but a crappy wife.

My name is Brandy and I am 33 years old. (Will be 34 in February) I am happily married and have a total of 5 kids. (3 biological and 2 step-daughters)

I have one grandchild with another one due on December 20th.

I like a variety of music as well as a variety of TV shows and movies.

The only thing I ever really want for Christmas is for my kids to have a great one. (I also like being surprised when I receive gifts.

It does not matter to me which Holiday greeting I receive as long as it is given with a smile. (Merry Christmas, Season's Greetings, or Happy Holidays all mean the same to me.)

I love being a member of this forum even though I do not post too many thought provoking posts lately. (Sometimes my brain just does not have insight in it. lol)

I like mechanical chiming clocks. I just have two (a Westminster mantel clock and a bim-bam wall clock with a pendulum), but if I didn't think my family would strangle me, I'd have them all over the house. Battery-operated ones just aren't the same.

I'm an ex-Skinhead. Yeah, really. But EX! Keep that in mind. You know Faruza Balk in American History X? Yeah, that was me, like 7 years ago. I've just recently finished covering the last of my related tattoos.

That's definitely something NO ONE here knows about me. It's not exactly a point in my past that I'm extremely proud of.

One of the more adorable experiences I've had was teaching an Aikido kids' class. Watching the look on some young kid's face as s/he threw me to the mat was priceless.

I added more about myself in the Who are you really? thread. I will add more here as well.

I smoke about a pack of cigarrettes a day. I roll my own because it is cheaper than buying already made ones. I spend 30 dollars for 2 pounds of tobacco and 6 boxes of tubes. Packs around here cost around 6 to 7 dollars or so. Let's see, 7 packs a week for around 4 weeks a month equals 28 or so packs times 7 dollars equals 196 dollars a month I think. Too expensive for me and I know I need to quit but it is hard and my health insurance only covers Chantix for 3 months. When I tried Chantix it worked great I only smoked one to three cigarettes a day. I will try it again after some time so that my health insurance will cover it again. I am not sure what other measures I will take in order to succeed at quitting this time.
