Why can't you stand it?I’ll more than likely stay here to be close to family even though I can’t stand it.
I don’t like big cities or flat land. Why can't you stand it?
Could you not live in a small town that is close to or in the same state as your family live in?I don’t like big cities or flat land.
The US should really be smaller 'countries'... Culture and geography are entirely different in some places.Could you not live in a small town that is close to or in the same state as your family live in?
Hey , I live in a state that is supposedly flat and boring but it definitely is not either where I live! The US should really be smaller 'countries'... Culture and geography are entirely different in some places.
The two places he speaks of have little in common, I'd guess.
It’s flat all over here and crowded for many miles outside of Chicago. No forests to speak of reallyCould you not live in a small town that is close to or in the same state as your family live in?
There's cultural aspects, too, though.Hey , I live in a state that is supposedly flat and boring but it definitely is not either where I live!
Yes I miss my homeland cultureThere's cultural aspects, too, though.
It doesn't mean any of them are 'bad' or anything... just different people like different things.

My sister moved to another state and me and my mother came a few years later but I’m missing my home state. They’re the only family I have and we’re very close. Also, my sister is planning on having children soon. Should I stay or go home?
Close. Friends not really. How close are you with family?
Do you have close friends back home?
I see no reason you can't go back to your home state and visit, but if you if you're close to your family, going back long term may not be the best. I suppose it depends on what you're most attached to...your family or a place. My sister moved to another state and me and my mother came a few years later but I’m missing my home state. Family’s more important. Still doesn’t take away the longing for home which sucks. Oh well. I just have to learn how to be grateful for what I have.I see no reason you can't go back to your home state and visit, but if you if you're close to your family, going back long term may not be the best. Yeah, I think somebody here commented if I get along with my family which I doI've seen a couple of comments that suggest "family is the most important." And given @King Phenomenon's responses here, that appears to be the case here.
But is that a universal truth? What if your family members are self-serving, greedy, toxic jerks?
