People still don't know/understand/care that the American Left just means left of the aisle in Congress. The Soviet Union would consider me a right wing antagonist co-conspiring against communism with my Republican cohorts. They were sorta almost correct.

Ross Perot stood a chance. He just didn't have a pretty boy image and seemed to be still on the side of big business. He still wasn't all that bad.

A lot of questions have been raised since the shooting and I don't think they should be ignored

Well that is true. I distant relation of mine, William Jennings Bryant 100 years ago was a 'true' liberal in the Democrat party, one really concerned with the working class. The type of liberal who supported womans suffrage, child Laber laws, something called a minimum wage, etc. They envisioned a 'safety net' for the working class. That kind of liberalism is long gone, as the Democrat party became infected with leftism. About the time I was Born there was Hubert Humphery, probably the last real liberal.

100 years ago we had Progressives they started out as Republican before the parties switched alignments in time for the last Progressive presidential, Franklin Roosevelt, to be a Democrat.

There is no such monolithic thing as "MAGA world". There is certainly no central mouthpiece for all the members of the MAGA movement. And it most certainly isn't "Paul Hookum" whoever that really is. This entire thread is based on whole cloth and piffle.

The US has had a shooter problem for some time now. And it seems to be young white males, for the most part. Look into that instead of these silly conspiracies. Funny how you admonish others for turning to conspiracy theories though. Nice touch.
