If man is not mingled with God going to another planet will only be man taking his problems there.

It could be that all that the kingdom of God will have no end extending in eternity throughout the universe.
Perhaps this is so.

But we are told to seek FIRST the kingdom of God and His righteousness. Then all necessary things will be added.
To seek His righteousness is to be joined in an organic union with Christ and eventually swallowed up in His divine nature.

Otherwise going to heaven or to Mars or to any other planet will just be the transporting of our corruption to a new place.
John 14 is about God building Himself into man and man into Himself.

The Apostle Paul spoke of the believers being builded into a habitation of God in spirit.

Being built upon the foundation of the apostles and prophets, Christ Jesus Himself being the cornerstone;
In whom all the building, being fitted together, is growing into a holy temple in the Lord;
In whom you also are being built together into a dwelling place of God in spirit. (Eph. 2:20-22)

We are resurrected in a new form, the corrupt flesh is left behind.
Yes, this corruptible must put on incorruption.
For this corruptible must put on incorruption, and this mortal must put on immortality. (1 Cor. 15:53)

It is important that while we are in this form we do not wait to
allow the Spirit to give life to our mortal bodies. That is we should in this
age sieze the NT promises of the Spirit granting us the fruit of self control.

This salvation is working its way from the inside out. His operation is
working from the innermost of man out into the surrounding soul and finally into the body.

I must age. If the Lord tarries I also must expire.
But all along my Christian journey it is important to believe that the Spirit can give life even to my mortal body.

And if the Spirit of the One who raised Jesus from the dead dwells in you, He who raised Christ from the dead will also give life to your mortal bodies through His Spirit who indwells you. (Rom. 8:11)

The fruit of the Spirit includes self control.

So let us not postpone the effectiveness of the Holy Spirit on our mortal body today.
The kingdom today is an exercise. In the future it will be a great prize.

Thanks and please contribute more.
