Leaving aside the fact that women are not objects nor possessions to be hoarded, locked away & hidden from everyone else; if your society truly held women in the same regard you held Allah's angels then you wouldn't be telling the women to take responsibility for the behaviours & actions of men. You'd be telling men that it's for them to exercise self-control and teach them to come to terms with male rejection (e.g. a woman refusing a man anything) and accept it as a part of life - that they can't get their own way with women all the time. If you honestly respect women so much, stop blaming them for the fact men choose to rape them.

Because here you go again: pointing to the behaviours of the immoral infidel as justification for your own society's shortcomings. "They're doing it too" is the excuse children use; mostly when they've been caught doing something wrong. Look at the post your comment is in reply to. There is a claim there you are attempting to dispute but you did so with selection bias. Beside the point of the video itself was to establish that Islamic modesty protects women. I refuted this with a video from Egypt in which an actor appearing as a modestly dressed woman was harassed by men.
