McDonald's

What do you think of the food quality at McDonald's?

I voted "awful" but I was thinking of their burgers and fries, which are beyond "awful." I actually like their Sausage McMuffin with Egg. Totally unhealthy, though.

I just realized something. I can post about stuff that I am excited about and it may get one or two replies and fall off the board. I post about how awful I think McDonald's is and it generates over 100 replies. Either you all were bored that day or you really agree with me and were just waiting for someone else to point it out. :D

I like they're milk shakes and they're one of the few chains who are reasonable in price.

However I wouldn't recommend using them as your meal ticket everyday. Pretty high in calories and carbs and low on nutrition.

Too bad MCribs are as consistent as the fast food chain.

I must be one of the last people on Earth who has never eaten a Big Mac. I did choke down a "Fish Wich" years ago, but have never understood why people think their insipid fries are awesome. I think I bought a coffee from them also, at one point, and it was pretty bad too. Honestly, I can't stand the smell of their products, let alone actually consider eating them.

I like their coffee now at least in my area, and the fries were much much better tasting during the time when I was younger (childhood through teens) My personal view is that they, over the course of time, have cheapened the ingredients substantially. I find there's a big difference in how it used to taste and how it tastes now IMO.

Is it me, or do Micky D's hamburgers seem so wafer thin that light can arguably pass through them? Any thinner and I can use the patty's as sunglasses.

They have $1 drinks in the summer. I can buy a giant Dr. Pepper there for only a dollar. And while I'm already there... Might as well buy some french fries...

I'll get a coke or egg McMuffin, but that is it. The last few times I have eaten anything else at McDees, I have gotten sick and thrown up. I won't even drink there sweet tea because I am afraid I will shrivel up and die of rapid dehydration because it is too sweet.

Hey! Remember Super Size? How was it any different than large-sized?

These are pretty good sometimes:

But boy do they have the potential of being NASTY... O_O

How about this:

Yumm...

I'm going to have an affair with Mc Donalds.

McDonald's "super sized" was a bit bigger than large. They had a drink to match too. I think they did away with it when that guy tried to sue them because he got fat.

Arby's now, that is good food. It deserves better than a McDonald's thread.

Watch a film called Food Inc.

You will be shocked.

Oddly enough....Walmart....is trying to work with farmers to improve the quality...and safety
of what we eat.

Of course, they're doing it for the money.

I am done with McD's working there just make you not want to eat it any more. I swear the grease socks through my skin. Even after I leave it wont leave me. :thud:

I smelled like chicken every day for two full years of my life. I think that's why Baggins loved me so much when we got him. His first impression of his new mommy was "girl who smells like chicken and always gives me what I want exactly when I want it."
