That's not really what the WSJ reports - it's making generalizations that won't apply evenly to everyone. Rising health care costs are going to mean I "make less" regardless of who is in charge and that's the only real pay cut I can face short of being furloughed (which is more likely to happen under pubs than dems given their track record for supporting public/higher education).
