Atheist, yet another proof of God. In Atheist, we have an historic oppurtunity to see deception in the human mind, incorperated by God himself. There is no real oppisition to God, so he had to fabricate it. Thats what Atheist are , a fabrication of God. A unique creation of God, charged to the negative. A human influenced by God to not believe.

And I want to go into why.

It really is comical to think of this seperate character "GOD"
... "OVERLORD AND CREATOR OF ALL"...
creating everything purposely just as it is
then sitting back and watching just for entertainment value.

Who needs "Holywood"?
And he's got EVERY RATING right at his immediate disposal.
And MILLIONS of story lines.
All with no admission costs.

But if the event I described didn't exist, then every proof afterwards become nul and void. It only proves that Jews came from the Canaanites, and that guys like Isaac, Abraham and Moses didn't really exist,the way the bible says. thus the fundamentals of the bible is broken, and can't be used as an historical book.

Well according to your line of reasoning, yes, it cannot be used as an historical book. And I am in no mood to change how you reason. The event existed, but cannot be shown through Archaeology to have existed, " IF", one does not have a reasonant mind that can peice together all the other componants of evidence already unearthed, which ties into Canaanite history. Archaeologist have found the " Ras Shamra Tablet", which reveals much about the idoltry of " Baalism", something that affected Canaanites a lot, Lev. 18:3. Texts found at the ancient city of " Ugarit" ( now called Ras Shamra, in northern Syria) give us the mythological backround of this religion listed in the bible and was common during Lots days and Israels tenure in Canaan.

Ragordon ~ As an Archaeologist I have to tell you that you are wrong. "Most" of the bible is a historical document of what the Jews think God has done for them and to them as a nation from about the time they were in what we call Israel today. Any stories before that time , 1200BC, are not true and do not follow real earth history. I have been in Israel and I have worked on digs and it is not right to tell a lie about most of the stories in the bible.:no:

thats 'kinda' what im saying. if you write a history book today it will be as factual a possible and wont rely on specualtion on 'god'.

yes the bible gives historical data but some people take every detail of the bible as fact, that was the problem i meant to highlight.
