Misquote in the Gospel

God didn't command Esther to go to war. It was the Persian King Ahasuerus (Esther 9:1; Esther 9:13-14) and over 75,000 people were killed. (Esther 9:12; Esther 9:14-16).

And do you recall what happened afterwards?

Things turned around on the Jew haters just as it did on the Christ haters at Calvary.

At the direction of Mordecai, the Jews celebrated and declared their great military victory a national holiday. They gave gifts to each other and to the poor in the manner Christians do at Christmas. (Esther 9:17-20).

because on those days the Jews rid themselves of their enemies, and as the month which was turned for them from grief to joy and from mourning into a holiday; that they should make them days of feasting and rejoicing and sending choice portions of food to one another and gifts to the poor.

So the Jews undertook what they had started to do, and what Mordecai had written to them.(Esther 9:22-23 AMP)

I think its time to decide whether your religious doctrine trumps the bible KJW, because right now they ain't agreeing.

Not at all--you don't know the whole picture about Esther, and I don't have time to read the account.
Few can read the bible and come up with truth--thus 33,000 religions( or truths) claiming to be Christian--only one is.

I did read the account of Esther. She wasn't commanded to go to war. They celebrated by declaring a military holiday. Thousands of people were killed.

It's not a big book. You can read it rather easily. I've even quoted the verses for you.

So if you can't read God's word the bible and come up with truth, what exactly do you think we need to read?

The major truth now lies in the teachings of Jesus.
