Netanyahu won!!!

Unfortunately.

Maybe everyone will get lucky and he won't be able to form a government.
Oddly, he has done it before and with less seats in the Knesset. I'm thinking he will have little difficulty this time. I do agree that the sour grapes of the losers seem to be more bitter this time around.

I was especially pleased to hear that he was abandoning the two-state solution. A very shrewd play, imo.

Like I said, unfortunate.

Let's just face the facts, his opponents failed to convince the electorate that they are a reasonable alternative.
Likud won 30 out of 120 seats. Most Israelis felt his various opponents offered a "reasonable alternative".

When I saw the results of the elections in Middle Eastern countries after the "Arab Spring" revolutions, I had the impression that most Israeli voters were generally more prudent in their political decisions than others in the Middle East. The fact that Netanyahu has been elected again makes me suspect that I was wrong.

I understand that you are defining prudence as: being in line with my belief.
Is that correct?
I'm not asking this as one who voted for Likud as I didn't. I'm just asking in general.

And that is despite Obama and his goon squad trying to influence the elections.

I have to give Netanyahu credit as well. Although his appeal to the US to bomb Iran failed, he certainly dumbed down the delivery to the proper intellectual level of the Obama constituency. Now that he is re-elected, I hear he has a new strategy to sway the average Obama supporter.

That's right. All Zionists care about are stabbing random innocent people in the street, using innocent people as meat shields, shooting missiles into civilian cities and calling for the destruction of all Islamic states. Streets in Zionist cities are known to be dangerous for Muslims.

Those evil Zionists.

Only Muslims protect their civilians, make sure their streets are safe for all and try to find mutually beneficial terms for peace.

Just in case it got lost in translation. That was sarcasm.
You know what happens when a Jew walks through East Jerusalem? He gets stabbed in the neck
You know what happens when a Muslim walks through the Mahane Yehudah Suk? He buys fruits and vegetables.

Killing Palestinian babies??? That's a new one.
Unless you are referring to the Palestinian meat shields...?

I like that one. The Evil Zionists provide better jobs for the Arabs, than they themselves do at better pay and benefits (before the Intifada, 30% of PA residents were working in Israel). They allow Arabs entry to their cities in peace. They provide medical care in their hospitals. They try to help Beduins improve their living conditions.
All so that afterwards they can kill Muslim babies.
Makes sense.

What exactly do you think would happen if all the PA and Gaza residents decided to hand over their weapons to a third party and live in peace?

Allow me to answer that question for you.
Abu Ghosh.
A town committed to a peaceful relationship. And the relationship has paid off both ways. Abu Ghosh is probably one of the richest Arab town in Israel.
