New scandal:Trump Caught Insulting Women!

Acim

Revelation all the time
"I don't even wait. When you are a star, you can do anything."

Some think this is about Trump using foul language, using the p-word, or talking about a woman's legs. That is not what this is about, that is not why this is a big deal. His comments indicate that he thinks that because he is a celebrity he has the right to grab women, without waiting, without asking. The right to do "anything". What he is talking about is sexual assault.

But you're missing the part in what you're saying where he noted, "And when you’re a star they let you do it."

If I'm with a woman who lets me grab her p, is that sexual assault?

To me, the statement is more a commentary on what it is plausibly like to be a celebrity, AND have typical male piggishness. I have a whole lot of things come to mind, where it truly does seem like women (some, surely not all) will fall over themselves to be with a person, simply cause they are famous (and rich).

In other thread (I started earlier today), there's quote by women who had long term affair with Bill and he was 'undone' (was the word used, which I took to mean jealous) that Wilt Chamberlain claimed he slept with 20,000 women. And Bill (allegedly) said to this woman that he'd only had 10% of that. So, we could play the denial game about Bill and assume Hillary and Monica L. are the only women he's ever been with, but if we just go with the Wilt Chamberlain thing (which I take as exaggeration, but not sure how much), it kinda bolsters what Trump is getting across here. And that is not the only thing that comes to my mind to support such an assertion. I honestly have at least 3 other things (off top of my head) that make it seem very accurate. That some women will let you do whatever you want to/with them simply because the male is a star.

@Acim in effect asks a good question - when is a candidate so odious that you should not support them even if they are in your party. For Democrats, that was true for Gary Hart and John Edwards who had their campaigns die when there were revelations. Now it true that in the old days, up through JFK, sexual infidelity was covered up by the press. But times have changed. And we see Republicans fleeing from Trump as they would flee from a toxic waste dump

although if my husband ever grabbed me without my say so he'd be deservedly single, with sexual assault charges.
I'm not asexual, I just, you know, value consent. Like any rational sane person which Trump is clearly not.

One of my ex-girlfriends once grabbed me by the crotch and said "mine". I didn't care even though it was without my say so.

His exact words were " I grab their pussys if I want if your a star you can get away with anything I can do what I want" That's really rape talk to me. What hes saying is essentially is weather the woman wants it or not he can have sex with who ever he wants because hes a big star his exact words, I can get away with anything I can do what I want with woman.

The only real way that can happen is if 100 percent of every woman one earth is extremely sexually attracted to him, and the other way is rape. But his true conversation lets you know exactly why its rape. hes basically one of the if not the richest man on earth hes got tons and tons of power and money. He can get away with murder if he wants to,

SO when he says I'm star they let me get away with what I want to because Ima star no matter what, what that is a threat, its intimidating and scary, this man is so rich eh could kill me if he wants so hey if he wants to grab my ***** I better let him. That's what hes doing, he said it, he uses his star power and wealth to be threatening to women to make them let him do anything he wants its an abuse of power, and it is rape language.

.....so you don't like republicans....? :D

Look, Mr Trump going on about who he can have sex with is not really the real debate about his leadership qualities. To be one of the two nominations for the US Presidency has certainly made some kind of statement, either about him or about the whole country.

We cannot support freedom of sexuality and expression on the one hand, and then decide to be frumpish about a bloke who may be a polyamorist or polygamist.... that's his private choice, surely?

Good for you, I would have, so would my husband. That you don't feel violated wouldn't give you or anyone else the right to do it to others.

But you're missing the part in what you're saying where he noted, "And when you’re a star they let you do it."
And you are missing the part where he says "I don't even wait". The fact that he thinks it is acceptable because his is a star, that they will let him do it because he is a start is what makes this disgusting, and it is still sexual assault.

CNN’s Erin Burnett Reports Donald Trump Kissed Her Friend Without Consent

“That’s exactly what Trump did to me. Trump took Tic Tacs, suggested that I take them also. He then leaned in ... catching me off guard and kissed me almost on the lips. I was really freaked out.”

The woman told Burnett that after kissing her without her consent, “Trump asked me to come into his office alone. I figured I could handle myself. Anyway, once in his office he kept telling me how special I am and gave me his cell phone and asked me to call him. I ran the hell out of there.”

The story Burnett reported is not the first time Donald Trump has been accused of doing exactly what he brags about in the video: kissing women without their consent. In May, as part of a story reporting on Trump’s long history of inappropriate behavior toward women, The New York Times reported that in 1997 Trump kissed Temple Taggart, then the 21-year-old Miss Utah, on the lips without asking. “He kissed me directly on the lips,” she told the NYT. “I thought, ‘Oh my God, gross.’” Taggart added that she thought “there were a few other girls that he kissed on the mouth. I was like ‘Wow, that’s inappropriate.’”

Insulting women?... hell, most heterosexual men talk to each other this way. Not all of the time but sometimes, and if they say they don't they are lying. I am with Trump. I love beautiful women also; tall, short, big, small. I have grabbed plenty of my girlfriends by the p****, its called sexual foreplay. This is a "trumped" up story exasperated by asexual feminist women. Give me a break, I'm not buying it... it's absolute bull-s**t!!

I've seen males, at work, on a floor with 30 people in visible sight say out loud (while talking to me), "see that chick over there? I would take her by the waist, bend her over that desk, and f*** the sh** out of her." And me, not offended, using my dry sense of humor, be like, "would you do that before or after your shift ends." And then some response like, "Oh, I'd do it now, but then I'd go to jail afterward." (followed by laughter). Now, granted they're saying this stuff under their breath and with full intent to have no one else, but me, hear it. But I honestly think I've heard something similar in the wide open workplace about 5 times in my life. Take any heterosexual, male co-worker out for a drink and start talking about women you work with, and yeah, I really do think most guys talk like this.

The guys who claim they don't are to me like that one character from "There's Something About Mary" who said he was an architect and passed himself off as having special needs. IOW, they're lying and are happy to be in a friend zone with ladies. How do I know this? Cause, I'm one of those type of guys. Ha. I honestly thought for a long time that being in friend zone was best way to get to know, respect women, perhaps marry them. But all the guys I currently know who are married (all of them) are routinely making comments about other women, and all the nasty stuff they'd like to do to them. If I call them out on this as in "would you really cheat on your wife," it does have them pause, reflect for a few moments and say, "no, I wouldn't." Hard to say 100% which is more accurate, but I do think, as a guy, that most guys like to talk a game that they can't actually follow up on. And clearly there are guys who walk the talk, ya know, playas.

A lot of guys talk about women this way. A lot of guys are not fit to be President of the United States.

So if a man comes up to you and says "I'm a star and am going to grab your ***** and ****" you, you'd be just fine with him saying that to you or your daughter?

No one does that though. Trump didn't do this.

I recall a female I worked with, who I was in friend zone with, telling me she hates (absolutely hates) the idea of any male calling a woman a b***h. But then went on to tell me if Snoop Dogg caller her a b***h, in 'just the right way' she would do anything he wanted.

That's soemone your close to Trump went up and seriously got sexual with grabbed and said he coud do anything with them, that's very serious and very sexual not just a simple grab like your describing and doing to strange women who knows how much power hes got and as he said sense they feel intimidated by his money and stardom they go along with it and don't make trouble thats sick.

He said the "I don't even wait" with regards to kissing. And then when we see the video, he did wait.

I know you have other post to me saying: A lot of guys are not fit to be President of the United States.

By the logic of this post that you are saying (the one I am quoting from), then JFK and Bill Clinton are (or were) not fit to be POTUS.

Ok, so character does not matter. Lying does not matter. Liking dictatorships better than American freedom does not matter. Attacking a war hero does not matter. Attacking those innocent of crimes does not matter. Groping women against their wills (aka rape) makes one a "playa". Hating people because they're Jewish or Muslim or Hispanics does not matter. Being ignorant does not matter. Being devoted to some of the "deadly sins" does not matter. Having the members of one's party flee from him does not matter. What does matter? Power.

I'll just add to this by saying: yes, the honest ones.
This might not be important to you, but it is to a lot of other people.
It is not particularly important to me. I was never going to vote for him anyway.

I think that most of the GOP jumping ship already wanted to, but couldn't because unity. Trump just gave them cover to act on their opinions without 'fessing up to them in front of voters.

All assertions you are making, why not answer your own (straw man) question?

Oh wait, you did with response Hillary is most likely to provide.
